Dee Agenda Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Dee Agenda mobile app. It explains how Dee Agenda accesses, uses, shares, retains, and deletes data when you use the app.

What Stays On Your Device
Dee Agenda is local-first. Your quests, progress, badges, preferences, generated plans, weekly recaps, family display names, and other local app state are stored on your device. Dee Agenda does not keep a remote copy of this local app data. If you enable features that need online services, Dee Agenda sends only the limited data needed for those features and may keep limited operational records described below.
Your device or platform backup and transfer features may keep copies of app data according to your device settings. Dee Agenda does not control those copies.
You can delete local app data from Settings.
Optional Planning Signals
If you enable them, Dee Agenda can use optional planning signals to make suggestions more useful:
- Calendar access is used to read events only. Dee Agenda does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.
- Location helps suggest nearby quest opportunities and weather context. If Location is enabled, location may be shared with service providers so Dee Agenda can return local suggestions. Location is not used as proof that a quest was completed.
- Weather helps time outdoor quests and weather boss reminders.
- Notifications are used for reminders you enable.
You can turn these controls on or off in Settings or through your device permissions.
AI Planning
AI planning is included with Premium. When Premium AI is used, Dee Agenda sends planning context to the Dee Agenda AI service so it can generate quest copy, briefs, or recaps. Depending on which features you enable, that context may include quest details, preferences, progress, calendar event details, location or nearby-place context, and weather context.
Dee Agenda does not store raw AI requests or raw AI responses in its server-side operational records. Limited AI operational records are used to operate, secure, and manage the service.
To report a concern about AI-generated content, contact support@deeagenda.com.
Analytics
Analytics are optional. If you enable analytics, Dee Agenda sends coarse app events, such as screen views, feature usage, quest generation, progress snapshots, and subscription flow results, to Dee Agenda's analytics service provider. Analytics are used to improve reliability, usability, and product decisions.
Analytics do not include names, notes, calendar titles, or location trails.
You can turn analytics off in Settings.
Billing
If you purchase Dee Agenda Premium, payment is handled by the store or marketplace where you buy the subscription and by subscription service providers. Dee Agenda does not receive or store your payment card number or payment credentials. Dee Agenda receives subscription status, such as whether Premium access is active, so the app can unlock Premium features.
Service Providers
Dee Agenda may use service providers for hosting, AI processing, analytics, subscription status, payment processing, weather, maps, and nearby-place suggestions. These providers process data only to support Dee Agenda functionality, operations, security, and compliance.
Security
When Dee Agenda sends data to its services or service providers in release builds, it uses secure connections. Local app data remains on your device unless an enabled feature sends the limited data needed for that feature.
Retention And Deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the app. If you delete local app data from Settings, Dee Agenda cannot recover the deleted local quests, progress, preferences, or recaps. Server-side operational records are retained only as needed to operate, secure, debug, support, and improve Dee Agenda, or as required for legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Copies created by device backup or device-transfer features are controlled by your device, platform provider, device manufacturer, or device settings. Dee Agenda's Delete local data control does not delete copies controlled by those services.
Support conversations are linked to the email address you use to contact support. Dee Agenda does not provide app accounts. If you choose to share a Support ID, Dee Agenda may use it to look up subscription status and related operational records needed for support, security, billing, abuse-prevention, or debugging.
For local deletion steps and support-mailbox deletion requests, see Delete Dee Agenda Data.
No Sale Of Data
Dee Agenda does not sell your personal data.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Dee Agenda changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
